What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00 (self check-in with building staff), and check-out is by 11:00.
How many apartments are there, and how many guests can they host?
There are five individually restored apartments, each hosting from four to six guests. Browse them all on the Apartments page.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes — a shared panoramic travertine pool set above the Umbrian valley. See The Pool.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. A charge of €30 per animal, per stay applies.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Sheets and bathroom towels are included; please note that pool towels are not provided.
What are the house rules?
No smoking indoors, no parties or events without prior agreement, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. You will be staying in a lovingly restored home — please treat it with care.
Which languages does your team speak?
We can assist you in Italian, English, Russian, Ukrainian and Romanian.
How do we reach Borgo Braila?
The nearest airports are Perugia, Florence and Rome. For the easiest arrival, set your navigator to “Borgo Braila – Piegaro” (we recommend not using Waze). Full airport and driving directions are on the How to reach Borgo Braila page.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, free parking is available at the Borgo.
Where can we eat nearby?
We have put together a list of favourite restaurants and nearby supermarkets on the Where to eat page — each restaurant card opens directions from the Borgo.
How much does a stay cost?
Prices for 2026 start from €150 per night based on two guests, €50 per night for each additional guest, €80 for final cleaning and €30 per animal, per stay.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A cash deposit is collected at check-in — €100 for up to 2 guests, €300 for 3–4 guests, €400 for 5–6 guests — and returned in full at check-out if no damage is found.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in; a 50% fee from 14 days up to 24 hours before check-in; and a 100% fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in (3:00 PM local time) or for no-shows.
How do we book?
Book directly with us for the best rate, with no booking fees or middlemen. Contact us by WhatsApp or email and we will take care of the rest.
